    I’m not directly familiar with that status, but if I had to guess I’d say it might be Pending / Residential.

    Each state has different laws and regulations. I think it means pending/residential

    Probably Pending – In Reservation

    Someone has made an offer on the house but it is classified as Pending for any number of reasons, there is now a contract putting it in reservation
