I need free Real Estate sales website much better than Zollow, RealEstate or Coldwell Banker.?

It should be user-freindly and efficient. It should provide data for large area on the map for last year sales, details of the houses, taxes… The above websites are too primitive…

Thanks.

Not sure what you need it for, but the best thing to do is a search for the county real estate tax authority in the specific location and look for the information there. It is the most accurate. You won’t find maps in most of the sites, but you find the correct information.

The information you want isn’t available for free. What you want is what is in the local MLS sites used exclusively by Realtors. We pay fees to have access to this information.

You should get your real estate license. It sounds like you want to use this information to make sound decisions about property investment. The info on any free site will lead you down the wrong road.

For instance — last year’s sales mean nothing in this year’s market. Tax records, which are public information, don’t show any photos or detailed descriptions of the houses. You can’t compare one house to another just based on tax records. Plus, it takes at least a couple of weeks for most counties to update sales information. The MLS is updated daily with detailed information about each sale — the type of loan, how much the seller contributed towards closing costs, how many days the house was on the market, etc.

Get your license and get trained on how to use this information correctly. It won’t be free, but it will be much more beneficial than the information on those web sites.
