Most states have forms specific to real estates sales. Any local stationary store that sells legal forms should be able to correctly direct you to the correct form. Your state may also require specific disclosure forms, you will want to check.
Remember, this is a legal contract. Put all agreements between parties in writing.
I agree with the previous poster, this is the type of situation that screams for a professional Realtor. If this document is incomplete or inaccurate, you are tied to it. Unless you are versed in contract law, you may end up penny wish but pound foolish.

you can find contracts on infotube . net and such sites that are FSBO I would however contact a realestate lawyer, just so your covered. good luck.
