		<description>Yes, as long as ownership stays the same.  ABC corp sells, ABC corp needs to purchase.  Dissolving entities or changing ownership before selling or after purchasing should be looked at by a tax adviser.  A single member llc is considered a &quot;disregarded entity&quot; by the IRS and is the exception.  John Smith single member llc can sell and John Smith the individual can purchase.
