How do I create a web database for realestate?

I want to build a web site that is a database where agents from across Canada and the US can add houses, condos, etc that they are selling. I want them to be able to sign up (create an account) and add listings to the site whenever they want.

Is there a program or some easy way of creating this type of website?

I can create simple web pages but when it comes to a data base like this I have no idea where to start.

Are you planning on writing it yourself with html? The best way to start would probably be with a template. Let me know if you want me to do the database stuff. It sounds pretty easy.

    If you really want to get very involved, there are some templates for logins that you can get and modify, but the database part is going to be pretty complicated. You may want to take a class on Access or another database program to learn about databases, since what you’re talking about is too big to do it the cheap way (i.e. without a database, just a list). Otherwise, you may want to enlist the services of something like GoDaddy to create and manage your web page.
