Lawyers are paid a retaining fee upon hiring, whatever they set. If the amount of time needed exceeds what their retainer covered they are paid when they are finished, which should be closing.

Interest rates are going to go up and the tax credit is going to expire. Home buyers will not be able to borrow money very easily and I think housing will go down.
I think they'll keep spelling it "real estate".
